Steps for Application

1. Complete the Free Online Application
Fill out and submit the online application to begin the admissions process.

2. Schedule an Academic Evaluation
After submitting the application, you will receive an email with the phone number needed to schedule your child(ren)’s academic evaluation.

3. Application Review
FBA will review your child(ren)’s academic evaluation along with recommendations and records from the current school.

4. Meet with the Registrar
Once the review process is complete, FBA will contact you to schedule an in-person meeting with our Registrar.

5. Submit the Enrollment Packet
FBA will notify you with instructions for completing and submitting the Enrollment Packet, which is the final step of the admissions process.

Please Note:
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $350 must be submitted along with the Enrollment Packet.
